The Expert Behind the Tech

I am Aisha Dhinadhi — a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Presales Consultant, and AI and Cybersecurity specialist with over three years of experience turning complex technology into measurable business value.

My career started in industrial engineering at MAS Holdings, where I learned to think in systems, processes, and outcomes. It was that lens — not a purely technical one — that I brought into the world of Microsoft cloud technology. Understanding how businesses actually work made me better at architecting solutions that fit how people actually operate.

At Tech One Global in Sri Lanka, I moved from Systems Engineer to Presales Consultant, building the full stack: customer discovery, solution architecture, Copilot and AI enablement, security hardening, and hands-on training. My clients included DFCC Bank, PwC, SLIIT, Lanka Clear, and Central Finance — organisations where the stakes are real and the complexity is high.

I hold seven Microsoft certifications spanning security, AI, and the Power Platform — including the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential, which is awarded to professionals who meet Microsoft's highest standards for technical knowledge and teaching ability. I am currently completing a Master of Information Security at the University of Colombo School of Computing.

Beyond the day job, I am an active voice in the Microsoft and AI community. I speak at industry events, run corporate enablement sessions, and write about AI and cybersecurity on KloudSchool. I believe that the fastest way to close the AI literacy gap is to make expert knowledge genuinely accessible — and that is what I do every time I walk into a room.
